It’s part of our service offering which gives our clients with an iPhone, access to information about their sale or their purchase matter(s).
The main screen provides a snapshot of what is happening with the matter, and the user can quickly see key information: How far are we through the process? How long until we settle? What is happening next?
Drill-down capabilities then allow access to:
•The full checklist of tasks to be performed
•Relevant documents related to the matter
•Messages that have occurred between the client and the firm
•Contact details for the relevant parties
•Details about the property
•Other useful information
Convey also handles multiple matters so that similar access can be provided for any number of matters that we are looking after on your behalf.
